1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you enter into our contact forms, questionnaires, or service agreements.

Information collected automatically — our website platform records basic visit information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and a session identifier.

Payment information is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

3. Third Parties Who Receive or Process Data

We do not sell your personal information. We use the following services to run this business, and data may pass through them: Base44 for website hosting and page analytics; Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing; Google for email, business tools, website analytics and Google Business Profile management; GoHighLevel for our customer relationship management, forms, calendars, automated messages and the AI chat assistant; Twilio, through GoHighLevel, for phone numbers and text messages; Tawk.to for live chat on sites where it is installed. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function, and basic analytics that tell us which pages are visited. Third parties named above may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is currently no common industry standard for responding to it, and this site does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.

6. Third-Party Tracking Across Sites

Third parties named in section 3 may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site.

6a. Text Messages and Automated Chat

If you give us your phone number, we may send you text messages related to your enquiry or your service. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Message and data rates may apply. We send messages only between 8am and 9pm in your local time.

Some of our websites include an AI chat assistant. It is software, not a person. What you type into it is processed to generate a reply and is stored with your enquiry. Do not enter payment card numbers, passwords, or medical information into it. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.

7. Data Retention

We keep client information for up to 2 years after a subscription or business relationship ends, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can access it. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your information we will notify you without unreasonable delay.

9. Your Rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email swellsites08@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit a verified request that we not sell their covered information. We do not sell personal information, but you may submit a request to swellsites08@gmail.com.

11. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Clients will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
